Gerade bei Kameras wie der Yashica Electro 35 mit einem Baujahr ab 1966 ist die Elektronik meist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade Bauteile wie Kondensatoren k\u00f6nnen altern und Ersatzteile gibt es nicht mehr \u2026vieles kann man aber selber erledigen, wie beispielsweise die Herstellung einer v\u00f6llig neuen Platine nach Originalpl\u00e4nen oder -bauteilen. Im Umgang mit \u00c4tzmittel, Entwickler, Aceton und einer UV-Lichtquelle m\u00fcssen m\u00fcssen die angegebenen Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen getroffen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Platinenlayout per Hand oder Layoutsoftware erstellen<\/li><li>Layout auf Folie lichtdicht drucken oder kopieren<\/li><li>Belichtung einer lichtempfindlichen Platine mit UV-Licht<\/li><li>Entwickeln der Platine und w\u00e4ssern<\/li><li>\u00c4tzen der Platine und w\u00e4ssern<\/li><li>Entschichten der Platine<\/li><li>Zuschneiden, Bohren, Best\u00fccken und L\u00f6ten<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Platinenlayout, bestehend aus L\u00f6tpunkten und Leiterbahnen, kann per Hand oder besser mit einer Platinenlayoutsoftware erstellt werden. Dabei wird der belichtete Fotolack abgel\u00f6st, welcher sich in braunen Schlieren aufl\u00f6st. Die Entwicklung dauert je nach Konzentration der Entwicklerl\u00f6sung etwa eine Minute. Danach wird die Platine gew\u00e4ssert und die Entwicklung gestoppt. Dabei wird das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Kuper wegge\u00e4tzt, so dass nach etwa 30 Minuten nur die Leiterbahnen und L\u00f6tpunkte \u00fcbrig bleiben. Denn auf den Leiterbahnen und L\u00f6tpunkten befindet sich immer noch der Fotolack, der diese vor der S\u00e4ure gesch\u00fctzt hat.
