Die Firma Voigtl\u00e4nder hat wie in dieser Zeitungsannonce das schnelle auswechseln einer zerbrochenen Mattscheibe beworben. Heute kann dies zu einem etwas teureren Unterfangen mit Wartezeit werden. Notl\u00f6sungen aus Pergamentpapier und \u00e4hnliches sind tempor\u00e4re aber meist wenig \u00fcberzeugende L\u00f6sungen &#8211; oder man macht sich seine neue Mattscheibe einfach innerhalb weniger Minuten selbst.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Glasplatte im Format und Dicke der urspr\u00fcnglichen Mattscheibe<\/li><li>Schleifpapier 200 oder feiner zur Kantenbearbeitung<\/li><li>Siliciumcarbid in der K\u00f6rnung 600 etwa 2-4 Essl\u00f6ffel<\/li><li>wenige Tropfen Wasser<\/li><li>Paketklebeband oder Tesafilm<\/li><li>dickere plane Glasplatte als Schleifscheibe<\/li><li>(alternativ kann man im ersten Schritt auch mit einer gr\u00f6beren K\u00f6rnung beginnen, worauf ich aber verzichte)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-2-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-2.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein wesentlicher Unterschied liegt allerdings in der Dicke. Einfaches Bilderglas hat eine Dicke von 2,0 mm, die Originalmattscheibe aus den 1930er Jahren ist lediglich nur 1,6 mm dick. Scheinbar nicht viel, allerdings passt die Mattscheibe nicht immer und nicht \u00fcberall ohne eine leichte Anpassung in den vorhandenen Faltlichtschacht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-3-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-3-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Mattscheibe-3.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnnglas ist lediglich im Fachgesch\u00e4ft, daf\u00fcr gleich mit Zuschnitt, Bearbeitung der Ecken und Kantenbearbeitung erh\u00e4ltlich. Der Preis ist auch hier sehr moderat, da die Preise in der Regel per Quadratmeter berechnet werden und L\u00e4nge der entsprechenden Kantenbearbeitung. Daher empfiehlt es sich sicherlich auch gleich ein paar Scheiben mehr auf Vorrat schneiden zu lassen. Die Herstellung einer neuen Mattscheibe dauert lediglich etwa 20-30 Minuten und kostet bei einfachen Bilderglas auch nur etwa 2 bis 3 Euro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanten mit Schleifpapier 200 oder feiner bearbeiten da diese sonst sehr scharf sein k\u00f6nnen und zu Verletzungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnten. Kleinmengen sind sicherlich Steinbildhauer, Juwelier oder Schmuckhersteller vor Ort erh\u00e4ltlich, da im Internet gr\u00f6\u00dfere Gebinde ab 500 Gramm angeboten werden. Selbst habe ich lediglich das Schleifmittel in der K\u00f6rnung 600 verwendet, wobei man auch mit einer K\u00f6rnung 400 beginnen k\u00f6nnte. Glasplatte in leicht kreisenden Bewegungen mit gleichen Druck etwa 10-20 Minuten bis zum gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnis mattieren.
