Es bezieht sich auf einen kleinen, mundgerechten Appetithappen oder eine kleine K\u00f6stlichkeit, die oft vor dem eigentlichen Hauptgang in einem Restaurant serviert wird. Das Ziel eines Amuse-bouche ist es, den Gaumen zu erfreuen, den Appetit anzuregen und die Sinne auf das bevorstehende Mahl einzustimmen. Die fotografischen &#8222;Amuse-Bouche&#8220; sind damit kleine informative und genussvolle Wissensh\u00e4ppchen die Lust machen selbstaktiv zu werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was ist Kronglas? \u201eKron\u201c, so nordisch es sich anh\u00f6rt, handelt es sich vielleicht nach dem \u201emagischen Glas\u201c, den transparenten \u201eSonnenstein\u201c, dass es Wikingern erlaubte auch bei bew\u00f6lktem die Sonne am Horizont zu finden? Kronglas ist allerdings etwas anderes, den mythischen Sonnenstein vermuten Wissenschaftler allerdings in einem Kristall mit ganz besonderen Eigenschaften. Wurde auf einen doppelbrechenden Calcit, Kalkspat oder Islandpat ein Punkt oder Pfeil auf den Stein aufgebracht, konnte aufgrund der Lichtbrechung auch bei bew\u00f6lkten Himmel die Position der Sonne ermitteln werden. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/kronglas2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7068\" srcset=\"https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/kronglas2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/kronglas2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/kronglas2-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/altglasfieber.de\/altglas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/kronglas2.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Kronglas ist aber keineswegs normales neutrales Glas, denn neben der Form der Linse hat auch das Material einen entsprechenden Einfluss auf das Licht. Kronglas bezeichnet neben dem Flintglas eine optische Glasart zur Herstellung von Linsen f\u00fcr optische Ger\u00e4te wie Objektive. Im Gegensatz zu normalen Glas werden optischen Glas Zusatzstoffe beigemengt, um damit dessen optischen Eigenschaften zu ver\u00e4ndern. Kronglas besteht aus etwa 73% Quarzsand, Bleioxid und weiteren Oxiden von Kalium, Natrium, Calcium oder Aluminium.
